Owing to weak educational backgrounds, several students in higher standards often struggle with even the basics of learning like reading and writing. Hence, to provide such students with fundamental knowledge of all the subjects, we have developed Bridge Courses, using interactive multimedia content for students, so that they can better grasp and internalize the subjects in a fun and easy manner.
We provide remedial education to weak students lacking basic arithmetic and reading/writing proficiency. We pull them up to an average level through various creative teaching methods and intense training. First, we identify weak students studying in standards 6, 7 and 8, who do not have basic reading/writing skills. These weak students are given intense, special coaching, using our innovative 'Learn with Fun' method wherein the role of the teacher is that of a facilitator. Then, improvement of these students is tested every week, and performance reports are generated regularly.
To actively engage the students in learning, this method focuses on concept clarity keeping in mind the learning abilities of the student. The evaluation method makes sure that each student has grasped whatever is taught to him before he moves to the next step or level. The program provides both remedial and enrichment activities for every student in the classroom. This method ensures that all the students have 100% content knowledge at the end of the year. The biggest advantage of this system is that it allows the students to learn at their own pace, thus giving equal opportunity to both fast and slow learners.

Special Coaching for National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) exams
The National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship is a lifeline for students from the weakest economic section of the society, as their parents can use every little opportunity to help them send their children to school. An NMMS scholarship of Rs.1000/- month can drastically change the lives of these families.
We have developed processes to identify deserving students, for NMMS exam. We provide them special coaching and extend all education support to ensure their success. Performance of every student is regularly monitored and reviewed by our team who then works out action plan for his/her growth.
Out of 1,037 students that we coached, 635 students cleared the NMMS exam conducted in 2019-20. As per the NMMS scholarship guidelines, 46 students have received scholarships of Rs.1000/- per month, for 4 years. Hence, due to the committed efforts made by our team, students will be awarded scholarships worth 22 Lakhs during the next 4 years.
